This course is an Undergraduate Course which is intended for students in biosystems engineering. The course is aimed to teach students the engineering principles required to handle and store agricultural products after harvest. In other words, the engineering principles and practices of post-harvest operations for the maintenance of quality of agricultural products is explained.
