Greetings! I am Hossein Khosroshahi, a passionate educator and researcher in Industrial and Systems Engineering, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Isfahan University of Technology. I was honored to be Visiting Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, National Taiwan University , National Taiwan University. With a Ph.D. from Isfahan University of Technology and extensive academic and industry experience, my work bridges rigorous theory with real-world applications to address pressing challenges in supply chains, sustainability, and operations research.

My research explores innovative solutions in pricing strategies, revenue management, circular economy, and sustainable logistics, often through the lens of game theory. I am deeply committed to understanding how businesses can thrive while prioritizing environmental transparency and social responsibility. My publications, featured in esteemed journals like the International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Cleaner Production, Transport Policy, and Applied Energy, reflect this dedication, offering insights into sustainable supply chains, energy economics, and market dynamics under government policies.

As an educator, I find joy in inspiring the next generation of problem-solvers. Whether teaching Pricing and Revenue Management to graduate students or Engineering Statistics to undergraduates, I strive to foster curiosity and critical thinking. My courses blend theoretical foundations with practical insights, preparing students to navigate complex, real-world challenges.

Beyond academia, I’ve led strategic initiatives in industry, including transformative projects at Mobarakeh Steel Company, and have been honored with prestigious awards like the Kazemi Ashtiani Grant and Shahriari Prize from Iran’s National Elites Foundation. These experiences fuel my mission to connect academic rigor with impactful solutions.

On this website, you’ll find updates on my research, teaching philosophy, and ongoing projects. Whether you’re a student, collaborator, or curious visitor, I invite you to explore, connect, and join me in shaping a more sustainable and innovative future.
