Mohammad H. Golmohammadi was born in Kashan, Iran 1983. He is an assistant professor of civil engineering at Isfahan University of Technology (IUT). His expertise is in water resources planning and management. The main area of his researches focus in Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM). He seeks for water management policies that balance human and environmental water supply.

Also, he has such researches in the fields of intelligent systems and soft computing; such as Fuzzy Set and System, Artificial Neural Networks, Adaptive Neuro-based Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS), wavelet and fuzzy wavelet; time series modelling and dynamic programming. His interests include conjunctive use of surface water and groundwater, applications of performance criteria and sustainability index in water management, hydrologic modelling, optimization, conflict solution as well as engineering geology.

     Summer School: Sustainable Water Management (NaWaM), Funding for Serial Summer Schools in Germany, Ilmenau University, Ilmenau, Germany (2012).

Dissertation Title: Scenario Analysis for Integrated Water Resources Planning and Management (IWRPM) in The Zayandehrud Basin Under Uncertainty Using Fuzzy Performance Criteria and Sustainability Index; Selected as the best IUT dissertation in 2017.

M.Sc., Water Resources Engineering, with First-Honor, Isfahan University of Technology, Civil Engineering Department, February 2010; GPA: 18.43 (from 20).

Thesis Title: Application of Adaptive Neuro-Based Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) for Hydrological Multivariate Time Series Modeling.

B.Sc. Project: Design and Manufacturing of Vibrating Machine (Shaker) for Granular Material Screening; Patented in 2012.

Mohammad was honored to distinguished PhD student of Iran, awarded by Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (2012), outstanding researcher of Isfahan province awarded by Isfahan Governor-General (2013) and also was honored with the National Alborz Prize (2014).
