Introduction to the Rangeland Management Laboratory
The Rangeland Management Laboratory is a leading research unit within the Faculty of Natural Resources at Isfahan University of Technology, dedicated to research and education in the sustainable management and utilization of rangelands. Utilizing advanced equipment and a team of specialists, the laboratory works towards the preservation and enhancement of the quality of the nation's rangelands.
Services and Activities:
- Rangeland Monitoring and Assessment: Conducting field and laboratory studies to evaluate rangeland conditions and produce vegetation cover maps.
- Rangeland Management: Providing strategies and management practices for sustainable utilization and biodiversity conservation of rangelands.
- Soil and Water Research: Investigating and analyzing soil conditions and water resources in rangelands to optimize their use.
- Education and Outreach: Organizing workshops, training courses, and seminars for students, researchers, and natural resource managers.
- Academic Operations and Tutorials: Teaching and conducting academic operations and tutorials in rangeland management for students and enthusiasts.
